Wild Fork is seeking a Store Team Lead to translate the Store Manager’s vision into daily action on the sales floor. You will guide and coach the team, ensure a welcoming, customer-ready environment, and uphold our service philosophy of personal chef & friendly butcher.

You’ll lead shifts, train onboarding, manage operations, and drive a positive, results-focused culture. Starting wage is $23.00 per hour with monthly bonus potential.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key-holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model the behaviors expected of the team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 8-10 hours, including freezer exposure.
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store during assigned shifts with proper coverage and customer readiness.
• Execute opening and closing routines as directed by the Store Manager.
• Maintain temperature logs, food safety, sanitation, and freezer management.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to SOPs.
• Mentor Sales Associates and coach on service and product knowledge.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and in-stocks with timely execution.
