Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Shift Leader to direct daily store team activities in the absence of managers. You will open/close the store, oversee cash handling, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will also train and supervise staff, resolve customer issues, and maintain store standards across safety and sanitation. The role requires supervising responsibilities, strong communication, and the ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and directing daily shift activities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash tasks, reports and basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Direct day-to-day activities of full/part-time team members.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
• Resolve customer complaints including exchanges and refunds.
• Document complaints and initiate corrective action.
• Perform front-end cash procedures and till reconciliation.
• Complete store reports and conduct bag/video checks.
