Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Directs and monitors day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Documents complaints and follows up to correct the source of the complaint.
• Performs cash handling, till preparation, cash drops, and cash verification.
