Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager who will support the Restaurant Manager in planning, directing, and controlling daily operations. This role supervises crew, manages shift performance, and ensures a friendly guest experience while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will train team members, assist with scheduling, monitor labor and food costs, and participate in meetings with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English
• Math and writing skills
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Guest focus – anticipate and meet guests’ needs

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in planning, direction and control of store operations.
• Supervise crew during shifts and assign roles to meet service standards.
• Ensure guest experience is friendly and consistent with brand standards.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Support training and development of Crew Members; provide feedback and coaching.
• Contribute to scheduling, inventory, and labor cost controls.
