Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served while maintaining a positive customer experience. You will lead and train the restaurant crew, keep the line organized, and monitor shifts and breaks to optimize performance.

The role requires knowledge of cash handling, food safety, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities also include basic office duties and supporting management tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a restaurant environment preferred.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of basic food safety practices and health standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and well stocked; train and lead crew.
• Monitor line timing, shifts, breaks, and meetings; support crew performance reviews.
• Assist with office duties and banking policies; ensure office equipment and supplies are available.
