Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and basic math tasks. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance within management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine.
• Oversee team tasks and food safety standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive guest relations.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and inventory management.
• Monitor cash control, security, and labor procedures.
• Support facility maintenance and health standards.
