Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy and maintain high brand standards. You will coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with the GM on business initiatives.

The role requires 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with shift lead exposure, strong communication, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.).
• Attendance and punctuality a must.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and ensure Taco Bell's standards are met.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide regular feedback to the GM.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Handle conflicts and assist GM with candidate screening.
• Manage cash control, inventory, and labor in line with P&L goals.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety compliance.
