Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts.
• Mobility in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• REPORTS TO: General Manager.
• Position summary: responsible for profitable operation of a shift designated by the GM.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA rules.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assist the GM in coordinating current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the GM.
• Ensure programs, reports and legal documents are completed on schedule.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Able to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
