Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities
• Shift Leaders may be required to work different days, times, or shifts as business and operational needs change
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a commitment to Make Fun Happen and keep the shift on track
• Optimize product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting coffeehouse environment
• Delegate objectives and tasks to match shift needs and ensure smooth hand-offs
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipe prep
• Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders
• Uphold Caribou's standards for quality, cash handling, and store safety and security
