Baskin-Robbins in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team in coaching team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively.

You will smile, deliver great guest service, help meet operational goals, ensure brand standards for food and beverages, manage inventory, and schedule staff. This franchise emphasizes training, advancement opportunities, and a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team in providing team member support and coaching.
• Smiling and always saying “YES!” to our guests.
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members as needed and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support the training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Provide oversight of safety, security and profitability policies throughout a shift.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts.
