Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily store operations and lead the team on shift. You will ensure fast, friendly service and quality control of products while supporting the general manager.

As a Shift Leader you’ll deploy crew, monitor drive-thru performance, set goals, communicate results, and jump in wherever needed to keep the store operating smoothly and deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail or food service setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate results, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
