Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and reliability.
• Strong work ethic and team orientation.
• Food Handler Certification (within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service.
• Lead shifts, coach team members, and manage operations.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products to brand standards.
• Maintain food safety and guest service standards.
• Ensure accurate orders and smooth cash handling.
• Open/close procedures and shift execution.
• Monitor shift productivity and performance.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support training and development of staff.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary work areas.
