Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week; flexible evenings.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• TB clearance may be required; standing and mobility for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, provide direction, and support team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve products according to brand standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and guest service quality.
• Operate registers, handle cash, and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift execution.
• Train and develop team members; monitor shift performance.
