Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with friendly, energetic service.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes.
• Deliver accurate orders and a positive guest experience.
• Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe environment throughout the shift.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform.
• Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to meet store goals.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
