Ideal candidates have 1+ years in food service or supervisory roles, strong communication, and punctuality. Flexible availability including weekends is required; benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 1+ years of food service, restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, energetic service and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Lead shifts, provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift execution.
• Train and develop new and existing team members.
