Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, execute Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience. The role involves setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing timely feedback to foster a positive team environment.

The ideal candidate has restaurant or supervisory experience, strong math/writing skills, and basic computer abilities. At least 18 years of age and a High School diploma are preferred, with opportunities for growth within the franchisee network.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Good math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout shifts to meet Brand standards.
• Set goals, assign tasks, and motivate team; give timely feedback.
• Summarize shift priorities and results to team.
• Assist training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean operating environment per safety guidelines.
• Support the team to drive sales and execute marketing initiatives.
