Job summary

The Dunkin' franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Dunkin' team. You will coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring brand standards and delivering a friendly guest experience while meeting goals and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities include communicating priorities, supporting training, maintaining a safe work environment, driving sales, and executing store standards. Requirements: English fluency, restaurant/retail/supervisory experience, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
• Solid math and writing abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to follow brand standards during shifts.
• Provide timely feedback and set goals for team performance.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the crew.
• Support training and development of crew members.
• Maintain guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Drive sales and execute restaurant standards.
• Handle cash over/short and ensure product quality.
