The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and problem-solving in a bustling kitchen and dining area. Eligible applicants must meet state food-safety requirements and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must pass state Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Flexible, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand 8–9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Illinois applicants must obtain food safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts with efficient task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Comply with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Clean and sanitize tables, counters, floors, and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and manage cash handling.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
