Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Norridge, IL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll supervise during your shift, uphold product quality, safety, and cleanliness while energizing the team.

We’re looking for 18+ year olds with 0–1 year of food service or retail experience, flexible availability, and basic math/POS skills. TB clearance may be required; training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance may be required by location.
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and stay active during shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math and POS technology skills.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Know when to escalate.
