Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
• Ability to lead shifts and manage conflicts effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with direction, coaching, and support for team members
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products to standards
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and guest service standards are met
• Operate registers, handle cash, and ensure accurate transactions
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift execution
• Monitor shift performance, productivity, and guest experience
• Support training and development of team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work environment
