Auntie Anne's in Fox Valley Center, Aurora, IL is seeking a Shift Manager who leads by example and drives guest satisfaction through teamwork and operational excellence. You will oversee daily shifts, coach Crew Members, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

This role requires 1+ years in food service or supervisory roles, reliable attendance, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day each week.
• Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire where required.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, provide direction and support to team members.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's products to brand standards.
• Ensure food safety and guest service standards are met consistently.
• Monitor shift productivity and performance.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Support training and development of team members.
