Job summary

El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.

You will oversee opening/closing duties, inventory, and safety compliance while coaching staff to achieve QSC standards. Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience, and the ability to pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Qualifications

• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or must have 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
