El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to EPL standards. You will lead a team, manage opening/closing procedures, and maintain inventory accuracy under guidance from the Area Leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, manage security, coordinate tasks, and update inventory records.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to safety and QSC standards.
• Prioritize tasks, adjust staffing for sales volume, and monitor food production with Area Leader guidance.
