Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year supervisory restaurant experience preferred.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.
• Certified on EPL SPECS positions or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory checks, and deliveries.
• Ensure service speed and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Manage shift staffing and breaks; adjust for sales volume.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash deposits and cash drawer audits; follow safety procedures.
• Greet customers and ensure exceptional service.
