Job summary

You will manage opening/closing, coordinate tasks, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and service metrics while mentoring crew members and handling operational duties. The role emphasizes team leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to adapt staffing to business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to supervise and train team members.
• Experience with EPL SPECS or willingness to obtain certification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction meet goals.
• Prioritize tasks and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and catering orders during shifts.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and QSC standards.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a positive experience.
