Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years restaurant supervisory experience and pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and in absence of GM/ASM.
• Lead opening and closing procedures, coordinate tasks, and update inventory records.
• Ensure service quality and adherence to safety, health, and QSC standards.
• Assign tasks, manage breaks, and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and routine audits while on shift.
