El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations during your shift and support the General Manager. You’ll manage opening/closing, service speed, safety and quality standards while coaching team members to deliver fire-grilled experiences that keep guests returning.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding a restaurant team during shifts.
• Strong customer service focus with speed and accuracy.
• Understanding of health, safety and quality standards.
• Wamiliarity with inventory and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, security, and crew tasks.
• Monitor service speed and customer satisfaction during shifts.
• Ensure cleanliness and QSC standards are met at all times.
• Assign tasks, manage breaks, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Train staff on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift reporting with accuracy.
