El Pollo Loco in Henderson, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to guide your team during each shift, delivering fire-grilled experiences and exceptional guest service.

You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, safety, and training, while ensuring compliance with QSC standards and company procedures. Flexible scheduling available, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire.
• Certification on EPL SPECS positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate crew tasks for setup, prep, and cleaning.
• Manage inventory and food deliveries with accurate records.
• Maintain service speed and customer satisfaction to standards.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash draws, deposits, and occasional catering orders.
