El Pollo Loco in Las Vegas seeks a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and to guide the team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll coordinate opening/closing tasks, manage food prep, inventory and cash handling, and mentor crew members to maintain consistent performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience supervising restaurant teams preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts.
• Lead crew tasks for setup, food prep and cleaning.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and QSC standards.
• Train and support team on products and procedures.
• Manage cash handling and shift reports.
• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience.
