El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to provide supervision in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager and to coach Crewmembers. You will train staff on EPL SPECS, uphold food safety standards, open/close the restaurant, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting cost and profit goals.

Formación

• Must be EPL Crewmember certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years restaurant supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Crewmembers in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager; set priorities during the shift.
• Train Crewmembers on policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant.
• Create and ensure superior guest experiences.
• Contribute to achieving cost and profit goals.
