Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. in Texas is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, coach team members, ensure food safety, and resolve guest concerns while upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will collaborate with the GM on staffing, training, shift planning, and performance feedback to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity and ability to handle cash register duties.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and ensures health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and invite positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance and training.
• Assist with hiring and screening of team members.
• Support labor, inventory, and cash control to manage P&L.
• Oversee product prep, cooking, holding times, and safety standards.
