Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, resolve guest concerns, and uphold our fast-service standards. You will coach teammates, execute the Manager in Charge routines, and partner with the management team to drive daily performance.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/retail and 3 months shift lead experience preferred. You’ll handle cash, inventory, labor, and ensure health and safety standards while delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old; dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive relations with guests.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer constructive feedback to Team Members and coach them.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and inventory procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
