Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive customer satisfaction, coach Team Members, and partner with management to meet high restaurant standards. You will lead shifts, ensure food safety, and handle daily operations with a focus on accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.
• Basic Math skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in development.
• Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss by following cash control and labor procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
