Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in running a Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 38-40 hours per week, strong teamwork, and a focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Training and certification in all four positions are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
