Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience while handling cash and maintaining standards.

The role requires 18+ to operate the slicer, Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation. You will work 38-40 hours weekly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
