Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will coach team members, ensure high-quality food, and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience through strong service and teamwork.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of QSR experience preferred, and certification in food safety. You will help with opening/closing, training, and maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
