Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Jersey Mike’s team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role requires leading a small crew, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring smooth store operations with opening and closing duties.

You will work 35-40 hours per week with reliable transportation and the ability to thrive in a team-driven atmosphere while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• 1 Year QSR experience
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality food and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Open and close the store and manage daily tasks
• Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people per shift
• Communicate with management about issues and operations
