Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running an assigned location, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service. The role includes coaching staff, cash handling, and participating in training programs, with a focus on career growth and strict adherence to policies.

Expected hours are 38-40 per week and the candidate should embody a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere with attention to cleanliness and urgency.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
