Jersey Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and uphold Jersey Mike’s standards. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and help manage daily operations with urgency.

The role requires 38-40 hours weekly, ability to move up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. QSR experience and Serve Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
