Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the assigned location. You will coach the staff, deliver high quality food, and uphold Jersey Mike’s service standards to ensure a great customer experience.

This role requires 38-40 hours per week, the ability to move up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and active communication with the GM/AGM/DM. You will lead a small crew and open/close shifts with accountability and pride.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
