Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our location. You will coach a small crew, prepare high quality subs, and ensure excellent customer service while handling cash and daily operations.

The role requires 38–40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and compliance with safety and training standards to empower a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Produce high quality food and maintain Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience to guests.
• Cash handling and POS duties.
• Follow training programs and develop others.
• Enforce policies and procedures and support marketing initiatives.
• Build sales and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people and communicate effectively.
• Open/close store and operate slicer with care.
