Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for a Shift Leader to support the management team in running the store. The role includes coaching staff, ensuring quality food, delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will work 38–40 hours per week, lead a small crew, and be responsible for opening/closing duties while upholding our brand values and service standards. Training through the LMS will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Ensure high quality food is prepared.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Handle cash and follow procedures.
• Lead by example with clean, pressed uniform daily.
• Open and close the store as needed.
