Job summary

Velvet Taco is hiring for a shift leader/supervisor to guide hourly team members, interact with guests, and uphold Velvet Taco’s standards. You will perform opening, mid, and closing duties, handle cash and POS operations, de‑escalate guest issues, and ensure food safety and cleanliness during each shift.

The role requires 21+ years of age and 2 years of supervisory restaurant experience, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of experience as a Shift Leader/Supervisor in a Restaurant Environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manages Hourly Team Members and interacts with Guests in a friendly, professional way.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties following standard procedures.
• Handles guest concerns and guides to a positive resolution.
• Manages cash handling, POS drawers, comps and deposits during the shift.
• Maintains food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
