Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on every shift. You’ll set a positive tone, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest service while handling food service, stocking, and cash handling with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

You’ll drive store performance, develop future leaders, and maintain inventory and compliance across busy shifts. This role rewards hands-on leadership with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.

Responsibilities
