RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on a daily shift. You’ll drive store operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction with a cheerful, can-do attitude.

You’ll handle food service, stocking, cleanliness, and cash handling while maintaining safety and standards. You’ll train and mentor staff, oversee inventory and promotions, and communicate clearly with leadership and guests.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Relay important updates from leadership to shift associates.
• Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback.
• Foster accountability, respect and teamwork.
• Step in during busy times to showcase leadership.
