RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on a daily shift. You will set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude, guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
