RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on a daily basis. You will set the tone, coach associates, and ensure consistent service while handling food, stocking, and cash operations with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You’ll drive store performance through hands-on leadership, training, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and maintain a cheerful attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time with guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide staff to meet guest service and food safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and store safety compliance.
