Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift by setting a cheerful, can-do tone and guiding team members.
• Coach and support staff in food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling while addressing guest concerns.
• Drive operational excellence by training staff to meet service and safety standards and overseeing inventory and promotions.
