RaceTrac is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll drive daily operations, coach associates, and protect food safety and cleanliness standards while maintaining high-energy service on every shift.

You’ll guide inventory, cash handling, and teammate development, partnering with leadership to promote growth opportunities within our organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
