Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning team on your shift, driving guest satisfaction and store performance. You’ll coach teammates, manage food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance during each shift.
Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
